Adeline Nyole is a civil and structural engineer with five years of experience in designing and constructing roads and bridges. She currently works for the local government in advancing rural accessibility. She is passionate about sustainable infrastructure development and the inclusion of women in the engineering field. She is a member of Women in Real Estate, an organization whose mission is to link, encourage, equip and empower women real estate professionals in Kenya. Adeline has a degree in civil engineering from the University of Nairobi. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Adeline plans on continuing her mission to promote sustainable infrastructure policies and gender mainstreaming in the construction workspace.
