UC Davis Partners with University of Agriculture Faisalabad in Pakistan for Collaborations in Horticulture and Animal Science

On June 1, 2021, the University of California, Davis and the University of Agriculture Faisalabad in Pakistan signed an agreement of cooperation to partner on research and capacity building collaborations in horticulture and animal science. The agreement builds upon past agreements between the two universities signed in 2008 and 2013 as well as ongoing collaborations between UC Davis and Pakistan.

He is a graduate of Princeton University, earned his doctorate in Middle Eastern studies at Oxford University, and is currently a research associate at the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs at Harvard University."

International Research Conference Draws New Perspectives, Sparks New Ideas

This September 17 and 18, leaders in research, international education, government and industry converged at UC Davis with a common purpose: developing innovative strategies for international research within today’s rapidly changing political and research environments. The 2018 International Research Conference at UC Davis, hosted by Global Affairs, drew over 200 experts and just as many different perspectives from every corner of the world.

Consul General Luo Linquan Visited UC Davis

During the visit, Consul General Luo had meetings with Chancellor Gary S. May and Vice Provost and Associate Chancellor Joanna Regulska, expressing gratitude to UC Davis for continued endeavor on expanding academic and research collaboration with China and for taking care of over 4,000 Chinese students and scholars on campus.
