Bio

My research is focused on the vectorization of biomolecules (nucleic acids, proteins) for health applications (oncology, tissue engineering). In recent years, my interest has focused on optimizing the therapeutic potential of natural biomolecule vectors, extracellular vesicles (EVs), in order to make them biopharmaceuticals accessible to as many people as possible. My IUF-innovation chair project aims to formulate and nebulize these EVs to administer them locally to the pulmonary. These EVs, used for their intrinsic properties and/or associated, by engineering, with therapeutic molecules, could become new biopharmaceuticals in various lung pathologies (cystic fibrosis, bronchial cancer,...).
