Dr. Salman is Associate Prof Plant pathology at Palestine Technical University-kadoorie/PTUK, Tulkarm, Palestine. He obtained his PhD from Hohenheim University, Stuttgart, Germany in 2007. He was the director of Technical and Applied Research Center 2012-2014 and the founder of scientific research and higher education deanship at PTUK. Dr. Salman was awarded the Distinguished Arab scholar in 2016. His research interests include but not limited to biological control, molecular plant pathogen interaction, molecular diagnosis of plant pathogens and bacterial plant diseases. He is a leader of many research projects and worked as a consultant of plant pathology. Dr. Salman’s research and studies have enhanced the understanding of plant diseases in his Palestine. He is a member of many scientific societies and social organizations. His results have been published in many international journals.
