Celebrating Global Aggies
For almost 20 years, UC Davis has celebrated the benefits of international education and worldwide exchange during International Education Week, an initiative of the U.S. Departments of State and Education. The national week brings opportunities to participate in cultural and educational programming here at UC Davis and share your international stories and experiences on social media using #GlobalAggies.
What is International Education Week?
International Education Week (November 14-18, 2022) is a national week of the U.S. Department of State and U.S. Department of Education that celebrates the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide.
Global Affairs encourages students, faculty, and staff to submit campus-related international programming for UC Davis’ International Education Week calendar and to share their international stories and experiences on social media using #GlobalAggies.

At UC Davis, International Education Week often brings opportunities for students, staff and faculty to explore global programming on campus and around the world. This year, UC Davis is celebrating International Education Week through the UC Davis Global Learning Showcase.
UC Davis Global Learning Showcase
Join us at the 2022 UC Davis Global Learning Showcase, November 15-17 to learn about the variety of global opportunities and funding resources available to you! Hosted by the Global Learning Hub, the showcase is comprised of info sessions and presentations offered in person and online about global leadership opportunities, study abroad programs, global internships, post-graduate global opportunities, funding for global learning programs and more!
At the Global Learning Showcase, students can:
- Hear from globally engaged students about their experiences.
- Learn from advisors, faculty, and other students about study abroad, internships, post-graduation, on-campus and virtual opportunities that will meet individual needs.
- Attend various workshops, presentations and panels.
- Learn why it’s important to be globally engaged.
