Dr. Al-Harithi holds a Ph.D. in geology from Hannover University, Germany. He worked as Assistant Professor for Geology in Jordan University, Amman, and later for Hydrology Sciences in BirZeit University in Palestine. As a Humphrey Fellow, Dr. Al-Harithi hopes he can benefit from the American expertise in the fields of waste water treatment and w a t er resources rehabilitation techniques as w ell as managing solid wastes using innovative biotechnological methods.
