UC Davis and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (UC|Chile) announce the 2023 call for proposals for Seed Grants for Interdisciplinary Research Collaboration for Sustainability (SGS).

The University of California, Davis, has been named one of the top producers of U.S. Fulbright students for 2022-23, according to the U.S. State Department’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.

UC Davis and Global Affairs grant calls for the 2022-23 application cycle and the call for nominations for the 2022-23 awards cycle are now open. 

UC Davis was recently recognized by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs for ranking 3rd for large universities with students studying abroad as Gilman Scholars.

The University of California, Davis, has been selected to participate in the inaugural Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards program, beginning in fall 2021. UC Davis is one of four universities in the United States, and the only west coast institution, to take part in the scholarship program. Launched and funded by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture, the program provides well-qualified Indonesian undergraduates the opportunity to enroll as visiting students at UC Davis, gaining knowledge and skills, exchanging ideas and culture, and building new relationships as part of the Davis community. 

Second Round Call for Proposals: Campus Global Theme

The 2020-21 second round call for mini-grant proposals for the inaugural Campus Global Theme program is now open. UC Davis’ first Campus Global Theme: Food for Thought: Feeding Ourselves, Feeding the Planet, roots itself in the strengths of the institution to call for programs that can help our community reflect on the work of nourishing our world.

The Fulbright Commission and the University of California, Davis, have opened two calls for applications for Fulbright Chairs to be hosted at UC Davis during a term during the 2020-21 academic year. 

I am pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for the second cohort of the Curriculum Enhancement Through Global Learning program. This faculty development program, set to run in fall 2019 and winter 2020, aims to engage faculty members in infusing global learning into the classroom, aligning with the campus goal of Global Education for All students.
