Ms. Nesi holds a Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Medicine and a Master’s degree in Pathology from the Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro. She has 12 years combined experience in environmental science and conservation biology. Since 2008, she has worked for the Ministry of Agriculture as a Federal Agricultural Inspector in Santos Port at São Paulo State. Previously, Ms. Nesi has worked as a personal veterinarian in a private wild bird farm, for a private company analyzing the environmental impact of projects in fauna, and also for an environmental NGO that acquired land for conservation.
