Mr. Chansa holds a Bachelor of Mineral Sciences in Metallurgy and a Masters of Science in Chemical Engineering. He has industrial experience in copper and cobalt mining and the cement industry. Mr. Chansa is a full member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia and the Institution for Chemical Engineers. His continuous professional development experience includes participation in a process plant commissioning at Leeds University He has undertaken several projects both in industrial and university settings ranging from design to plant improvement projects. As a Humphrey Fellow, Mr. Chansa hopes to pursue his interests in engineering through scientific research and laboratory work.
