Ms. Panda holds a Bachelor of Business Management, specializing in Public Policy Management with a concentration on International Policy Analysis. She has represented her country at several international engagements as a Climate Change Negotiator and has over 4 years of international negotiations and climate change diplomacy with participation in the United Nations Framework on Climate Change Conferences, the UNREDD Policy Board, the World Bank FCPF Program, the Coalition for Rainforest Nations (CRFNs). She has vast experience in international policy analysis, proposal development, international program implementation coordination and bilateral coordination.
