Picnic Day and Give Day

Picnic Day 2024: Picnic Palooza

April 20, 2024
Picnic Day is one of UC Davis' most revered traditions and serves as the university's annual open house. Cheer on Global Affairs and the International House Davis as they walk in the parade, carrying international flags and representing global cultures.

After the parade, enjoy entertainment from around the globe at the World Stage at California Hall, sponsored by Global Affairs.

Give Day: Invest in the Future of Global Education

April 19-20, 2024
Coinciding with Picnic Day is the eighth annual UC Davis Give Day, a 29-hour fundraising drive to support UC Davis programs and research that make an impact on California and the world.

We invite you to join us in advancing the interdisciplinary research and collaborations that will solve global challenges and prepare our students to create a more just and equitable world.

You can donate to UC Davis during Give Day, from Friday, April 19 at noon until Saturday, April 20 at 5 p.m., or by giving early to the Global Affairs Annual Fund, Global Education for All Excellence Fund, International Scholars and Students at UC Davis, Global Aggies Award for LGBTQIA+ Rights, Sullivan Family Global Affairs Passport Access Support Fund, G David Miller Fund to Support International Community Economic Development or another fund of your choosing.

Don't miss the chance to multiply your impact by supporting one of our matching gift opportunities thanks to some of our most generous donors, including Former Provost Ralph J. Hexter and Manfred Kollmeier, Bob and Cathy Kerr, Eivind Lange and Mary Puma, and Cecilia and Patrick Sullivan. Additionally, you can make your gift twice as impactful through our corporate matching gift program. See if your employer can increase your donation in a matter of seconds!
